The draft plan
Below you can find the Pre-submission Consultation Version of the Draft Community Neighbourhood Plan, the Strategic Environmental Assessment, and the Habitats Regulations Assessment of the Norwich over the Wensum Community Neighbourhood Plan.
The SEA and if required the HRA are the documents which will accompany the plan document for circulation to consultees and be displayed at a number of venues for a six week period: allowing the community to engage with the plan and assessment inviting comments prior to the Inspector assessing the plan.
Evidence
The neighbourhood plan draws on knowledge and evidence from community consultation, previous plans, and other research documents. We’ve made a list of relevant documents on our evidence page.
