- 6.35–6.55 p.m. Presentation by Sarah Ashurst, Norwich City Council, on the planning position regarding Anglia Square
- 6.55–7.15 p.m. Questions arising from Sarah Ashurst’s presentation, with support from Andrew Turnbull, Economic Development

7.15 p.m. Five-minute interval. Attendees are welcome to remain for the business section of the meeting. Supporters who do not wish to attend this section, or members who are unable to remain to vote for officers, may leave at this point.
Part 2: NOW Neighbourhood Forum Business

- Statement on the Neighbourhood Forum’s progress in preparing the Community Neighbourhood Plan, including the proposed timetable
- Election of officers – Nominations for Treasurer and Chair, and vote for candidates
- Publicity for Community Café, Saturday 22 August, 10.00–11.30 a.m. Theme: Plan V3.0 and Anglia Square

- Request for volunteers to assist with writing and delivering newsletters
